I was charged $3 to print a label and $5 for a bubbled envelope that wasn’t needed to ship a return from Amazon. I didn’t realize until after that the guy at the desk was not honest and just said whatever he wanted to in order to get me to pay. My trust in the ups store is gone. He is a crook and a con artist. He also tried to get me to pay $40 for a shipping box the same size as a $10 box, claiming it was too thin. Then, when I declined, he proceeded to try and barter for a lower price. I have never received this type of horrible service. Do not go here.

They are grossly overcharging for packaging Do your own packing. Make you do it correctly like the box is completely closed strong enough to handle the weight of the package.

Do not not use this store for deliveries. I diverted a UPS package to this location because I was not going to be home to sign for it. When I went to pick it up with my door take Shawn (the owner) said it was not there, even though he signed for it. After an hour on the phone with UPS I got receipt that it delivered to his location and he signed for it. Miraculously he found it. And charged me a $10.00 fee. I’ll use the actual UPS location in the future, limited hours but dependable and no fee.
