This is the worst agency you could think of using. I’ve been waiting on my refund for over a year now. Their customer service is tacky. They rarely answer calls and emails and when they do answer it’s all rubbish. Whoever you speak with on the phone always has an attitude. They are going to let me know that my money can’t do anything for them but yet still they can’t give it back to me. When you tell them you are going to make the public aware of their deeds they use lawyers to threaten you. Saying they will sue for defamation of character. People can sue for breach of contract. No sensible lawyer can sue for defamation when you guys are clearly in the wrong. Give back the monies you owe to people. Since our little money can’t make you better off, stop hogging it and give it back. THIEVES! Sorry there isn’t a button for zero stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. This agency is the epitome of a pattyshop. Imagine I paid all my fees from last year, signed offer, and had to waited months before getting my documents!! Had to reschedule my visa appointment time and time again even when THEY instructed otherwise. There’s NO good communication, NO transparency, Dem no answer email or even phone call, and when the phone is answered, I’m being spoken to as though I’m bothering them. Could never provide a full explanation as to why it took so long for my documents to arrive, plus I had to go to the embassy the week AFTER my start date. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, all a come gimi attitude over phone??? n mi no owe unuh no money??? FIND ANOTHER AGENCY TO USE. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS.

Jobseekers is the worse placement agency I’ve been here waiting for my refund for over 3 years and all now the only thing I’ve been getting are excuses on top of excuses. It is really frustrating and annoying to be honest . You people don’t know hard it is people have to find money to go through this . You don’t think we have human feelings also ?? We don’t have use for money too?? And on top of that you don’t answer emails or calls Jobseekers I need back my money now !!!
