I’ve had a good experience living at The Townline. It’s such a nice and safe area with a super convenient location. The staff as well as other tenants are all very friendly. The building is well-maintained and common areas are always clean. The apartment unit itself is top-notch and I’d highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a great place to live.

I cannot say enough THANK YOU to Evan, the operations manager at Townline. We were relocating back to MN and the place we originally rented had significant health hazard and not livable. So I was running around to find another place and needed to move in ASAP. Evan listened to my need and did an excellent job to expedite the process. It only took two days to go through the entire process of touring, application and moving in! The unit is in excellent condition and the staff has always been very friendly.

Toured here recently cannot deny it is a beautiful property that was newly built, and it definitely shows with the layouts & finishes. But the pricing with all the additional utilities, package room & monthly parking lot charge (which is not guaranteed unless you pay more for underground parking) is very tricky as it is not stated before anywhere on the website. I wish this would be stated before to assist in knowing the true monthly cost so it can better narrow down if this would work for my budget & my needs. When looking through the website it does not give an idea of the how utilities/parking are handled along with being a surprise that the package room has a cost. (I have not run into places I have toured that cost to park within the community or the package room. I think it is most surprising due to the fact you are not guaranteed a spot even when paying the monthly cost so I could be paying for a space that cannot be used with no alternative besides paying way more for garage parking) I did want to tour a studio/one-bedroom/two-bedroom but was only allowed to tour a studio/two-bedroom I have not run into this at other property’s but guess they do a different process on only seeing 1-2 layouts. I was also touring with a friend who is a possible roommate, and she was not acknowledged, and the tour was not personable. I will keep this property in mind for the future for friends but due to additional cost along with a monthly parking cost without guaranteed parking or alternatives such as street parking this will likely not be my future home due to the cost even with the income restrictions on some of the homes. I wish I could have seen additional items within the property as a pet owner my dog having a comfortable space for him is important and I did not see any spots for dogs only what was told to me. Also, upon checking the website no photos for the pet areas are available which only leaves me with my imagination.
