Horrible, really disastrous, they will believe that they have a Job available for you immediately just so that you come and see them after having all the information about your life, they promise to call you but they won’t and when you call to get a follow-up on the promised job they no longer remember you or can no longer find you in their system, it’s really a temporary job to avoid.
They have more power to demotivate you and demoralize you than mythomaniacs.
