This company is extremely unprofessional and terrible to work with. When I applied for a position twice for them, they Constantly blasted me with text messages That were not relevant to the listing. Not only that they have poor communication skills and are unable to negotiate well with the clients they have to recruit for. Not only have they ghosted me but they’ve also ghosted multiple candidates, and constantly drag-out the process and mislead applicants. If you are looking for a recruiting CyberCoders would be a better option as they are much easier to work with.

I’ve applied to multiple entry-level positions through Jobot Consulting on LinkedIn, both last year and this year, but unfortunately have not received any responses. I even reached out directly to a senior recruiter based in my area (Fresno), but my message was left on seen with no follow-up. It’s disappointing, especially when they consistently post a high volume of job openings yet don’t seem to engage with candidates—particularly those actively trying to connect. I hope they can improve their communication and candidate outreach process in the future.
