I went to hear today to get some adjustments done on an item and the staff is very helpful the adjustments were made, Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a family-owned business, they help you with everything that you need. I have bought several items from here some changes, necklaces and watches and a few rings they’ve all been good quality and very good prices they have good caring workers they fix and repair good too, I brought several items in for repair and have had good results very good results from them I highly recommend this jewelry store for anybody looking for jewelry and collectible and if you’re looking to sell some jewelry I recommend them as well and you might find some good collectible stuff here that you’re looking for. And if you’re looking for bridal and marriage rings this is definitely the spot for it and they can do a lot more for that special occasion. I do not think that you will have a bad experience here you will be treated very well here and you will be very pleased.

I go to Kettermans, and have for a few years since living in the area. For the high number of staff working at the store that day, I had to wait quite some time, and put my name down to have someone look at a few items that were inherited (which took 10 minutes). I was told for the first time, right before the person starting looking at them, that she would be charging me $100/every 30 minutes. I’ve never been charged at a business to have someone take a look at jewelry like this, and I think it’s quite unprofessional to tell me the minute before the process begins. It seems a bit desperate to be charging $30 to look at items under a microscope for a customer for 10 minutes of time, and it left me with an icky feeling. Not sure this is worth it to disappoint your customers.

A couple of months ago I took my antique Eduardian engagement ring here for repairs. A diamond had fallen out and I originally took it to another jeweler who ruined the delicate prongs and flower designs, covered the filigree with gold runoff from the prongs, and just overall messed up my beautiful ring. I took it to another jeweler who said it couldn’t be fixed. Thank goodness I didn’t believe him and came to Ketterman’s. I worked with Heather on the repairs needed and could talk she was excited to not only repair the damage, but touch up all the filigree, fix the flowers, and help me fall back in love with my ring. The finished product is even better than I imagined! She exceeded my expectations and I will for sure be bringing in other pieces for repair.
