So I have had a couple of interviews from these guys and have had 0 luck due to Recruiters not asking the right thing or not even be able to simply read an application. I am not going to disclose her name but I’ve had a recruiter send me twice to a company that they didn’t want to hire me the first time, they moved on to other people which is fine. But the last week with said recruiter has been a nightmare. She sent me for my 2nd supervisor interview. I nailed the interview did great and the HR manager said he wanted to move forward with hiring me that the whole team talked and I’ll be a great fit for said company. But because I worked for this company previously I left because I had a relative pass away. Actually ill just say it, it was my dad. I got paid leave for it and I just couldn’t pull myself together enough to return to work. I kept in touch with a lady in HR, they keep saying the lady I talked to her names Cassandra and I did talk to her at first until another lady in HR started dealing with me. They said I failed to keep contact which is a total lie. They had even told me im more than welcome to come back when things even out in my life. So I put on the application I use to work there. However I didn’t not put it on my resume because why would I put a five day job on my resume. Mind you had I been trying to get on at this company I would have disclosed it on my resume. But due to the fact that I let my resume float and yall hit me up I did not feel the need. Especially since I was under the influence that me and said company were on good terms. However when I filled out the app I did put it on there that I had previously worked there. The said recruiter said “well I overlooked some things when dealing with this. Well why is that my problem If you overlooked something? So due to you not being able to perform your own due diligence on your clients before wasting their time multiple times with the same company? How is that my fault? Then told me well let me give you some advice for your resume the next time, I stopped her there and said obviously I need no advice for my resume. Its captivated you 2 times to send me out and captivated said company enough to call me and tell me that I got the job, 2 days ago. Then to tell me oh well they just don’t feel like you’ll be a good fit now or feel comfortable moving forward with me over all of your incompetence is crazy. Because 48 hours ago I was a great fit. I’m currently employed as a multicraft journeyman Foreman for electrical and millwrighting. I said I make 42 dollars an hour. I need none of your advice on my resume or help from so.eone who simply can’t ask the right questions or read… very disappointed in your recruiters.

The Judge Group and their staff helped me tremendously as a contract employee for Bayer. Their behind the scenes efforts allow me to focus on my work and helped accelerate my transition into the company. Thank you Brian Goddard and Dustin LaGrand!
