I was very impressed with Adam from Jim Hunter & Associates! We needed someone to design my moms new septic system. We were referred to Adam by a company that came out and did some of the work to find out her system was not working anymore. At first I was worried based on some of their reviews, but they did an amazing job. Adam went out to my moms house right away and we had a design ready that next day. I highly recommend this company and especially Adam who was efficient and very knowledgable and kept me informed through the process! Also Dianne was wonderful with her follow-up emails about the process. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the work provided by Jim Hunter & Associates, he was quick to respond to phone calls and emails, he answered my questions and kept me informed of each step of the process of creating my homes septic design. I highly recommend Jim Hunter & Associates to anyone looking for a positive, efficient, and well-informed septic service.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! I was unfortunate enough to hire this company to help with my septic design long story short after I had paid $2500 and on the day I was about to spend another 3k they called me with the trucks excavator and county there to tell me the lot was in fact too small to do a septic system. It was only after multiple phone calls and texts and finally after my second trip to their office that I was able to get some of my money back. (After the owner yelled at me.) They told me they would submit a request to refund some additional lost funds from the county for me that week. (I even got it on a consensual audio recording) I was not going to write a review until today when I went to the county to do the request for refund myself (almost two weeks later) when I saw Adam there, when I told him I what I was doing he scoffed and rudely said “good for you” and walked out on me. I’m now out a good chunk of money and even further behind then when I started with them. As septic professionals the first thing they should have told me was that my lot was too small.
