My son was called to come in for a warehouse job. He asked on the phone were there any age requirements because he’s 16. He was told there were not any. We went to the office where he finished the application process and provided his I.D. by using his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and another form. My son was able to allowed to work an 9 hr shift. Today he was told that he is not able to work in the warehouse any longer because he is not 18! He asked and was told several times that he was able to work this position although he is 16. Apparently these ppl did not pay attention to his age even after taking and making a copy of his birth certificate. Just a mess. This was like a 3 day process between calling my son, him going in and signing paperwork,& actually going to the job site. 😑😕. Edit 9/15/2020 My son still has not been compensated for his one day of work.

Yes i have contacted your office and spoke with Sue she stated that she was the manager i then asked to speak with her manager and she said an exact words were oh you want to talk to him wait till you get a hold of him. This is the worst temp agency that i have ever come accross. They need to teach there employee customer service.

Qualified for the position did the interview as well send over all my personal information for them not to even give me a courtesy call in update me on my application process but one door closes another opens…to anyone thinking about applying for the jbr group I will not recommend not even for a teenager
