None of this would be possible without Paula. She is fantastically superb with her level of expertise! I greatly appreciate all that she does. By the way, she is straightforward to converse with. She told me that I am very personable, and she is as well, if not more. Throughout the hiring process, talking to Paula feels like you’re in Starbucks, talking to a former colleague, and catching up. Throughout my professional career, I never had the privilege of meeting an HR Consultant who standard excels on such a high level. The coaching tactics recommended I’m still implementing yielding results today. From time to time, Paula will check in with you to determine if there is any way she can be of further assistance. It is nice to work with an individual who knows what she is doing.

We originally hired a manager to handle of HR duties and it was a disaster! It was suggested to look at J. PR & Associates. I was skeptical at first but the professional relationship that has been developed is nothing short of AMAZING!!! Paula’s availability is as if she is actually “in our office”.
