My experience with Jeane Thorne was great. I was with them for 2 years. Kyle Palmer was a very nice guy. Unfortunately, I had a new recruiter, Barbara Dusold, and she was just rude. I had urgent paperwork from the county that REQUIRED her to fill out. First, she sent the documents back to me BLANK. Second time, she sent them back and stated along the lines that I could have filled it out myself. She’s just rude and unprofessional.

They market themselves as some elite employment agency that cares about people which is the total opposite of my experience. I really suggest you take all of these five star reviews which just recently showed up with a grain of salt. I applied and was asked to come in two days later. I was put through a 45 minute interview which felt more like an interrogation. I assumed the interviewer would be my rep but was then handed off to Barb D. She assured me that I had great experience and there would be no problem finding me a permanent full time job with good pay. The end of the conversation became weird when she told me that under no circumstances was I allowed to contact her and she would not stop repeating it until I told her I got the message. A week later, I received a phone call from Barb setting me up for an interview for a position which had nothing to do with my career goals. I decided to go on the interview anyway because I was desperate for a job and when I walked in, I was immediately told by the interviewer that I was not the right candidate or qualified. It was embarrassing. I didn’t hear from Barb and against my better judgment called her. She began screaming at me over the telephone telling me that her lack of communication was all my fault because I didn’t show her enough interest. Never heard from her or Jean Thorne again except for one email months later for a temporary part time telemarketing position that paid $9.00 per hour.

I had such a great experience with Jeane Thorne! Jeanine was fabulous! She helped me tweak my resume a bit and I think it made a big difference in helping me get an interview. I now have my dream job and I owe it all to Jeane Thorne Staffing! Thank you!!
