I’ve had three projects with John, used his expertise to negotiate a bank of elevators refurbishment contract, and he helped me with a personal roofing inquiry he oversaw and assigned someone from his office to finish up. Though he’s miles and over an hour from my jobs, I return only to J. P. Dixon & Associates. He’s the best I’ve encountered, including well researched, well founded expert reporting and testimony. John is grounded. I respect him and find his support staff always a pleasure. Nothing matches having the best engineer on your side. I often think the best engineer beats the best lawyer, because if you have the best engineer, even a mediocre lawyer can win your case. He does good work!
