Interview was scheduled with Capgemini and it was over and I was shortlisted for joining process. HR Nasreen told that company is ready to pay whatever I ask for and I asked some X amount as CTC and also once you get the offer you can do shopping(look for other jobs) and they’ll match that offer also she told.
But to my surprise my offer was not finalized because of director level approval. Both Capgemini HR and Nasreen (Izateek HR) are not picking my calls and even not responding to my emails.
Never trust this Consultancy for job.
