Absolute poor service from Rosalinda whom I spoke with over the phone today. I called in for a simple question that I could not at the time access online. This question should have been answered with a simple answer. However her attitude and tone changed as if she didn’t want to assist me. I asked for her supervisor, who she said it out to lunch at 10 am. This sets a clear tone for how service is conducted in the actual facility. The lack of care and support you get just from a phone call, just from calling in, to be your first horrible experience. I’m sure all calls are recorded and I would appreciate that this be looked into. I believe this center to have better structure and poise about how they conduct, & provide assistance to the community. This was an overall horrible experience. I will not recommend this for anyone in need of looking for employment.

Highly upset right now; I went in two weeks ago to make an appointment to get help with scholarships for school (last who was awesome by the way) anyway I got my appointment set for the 21st only to get phone call today telling that will not be open do the weather which I understand but it was them trying to reschedule me for February 10th which is 3 weeks out from the original date mind you I have orientation for school on the 21st in the evening which why I glad I had my appointment on the 21st in the morning so I would have everything ready to go that evening… I am beyond disappointed because this one on my conditions for my probation so it really upsets me. I’ve never had issues with this office like this before and I like doing things in a timely manner but this here is ridiculous how is one supposed to be successful or even attempt to be if you can’t do things in timely manner.

Very disrespectful to Veterans. Saw a hoodish manager kick out a Veteran today, who was printing out his medical info for his job
