Ivy Blu is a very highly professional Recruitment agency in IT and Digital Marketing, the best company and the best services you can have it in Birmingham. I did my work placement in this company all the staff are friendly and helpful. During my work placement, the Director Mr Raj support me and help me also guide me during my work placement.

We’ve used Ivy Blu on a few occasions and Raj and his team never fails to disappoint. We had an emergency vacancy to fill and his team managed to get candidate for interviews the next day! Great work guys keep it up!

Absolute shambles of a company! Most of the 5 star reviews on here are from employees and family not candidates/ clients. They will cloud you with promise and hope but then deliver something completely different. In my opinion it is all smoke and lies to manipulate young people into taking a recruitment role of which they work for free! Some employees haven’t even signed a contract of employment of which should state your pay, annual leave and other relevent information. If you try to have a day off you will be looked down upon and scolded. The best day I had at Ivy Blu was by far the time I left.
