I reached out to itac solutions back in November for my son and his resume was given to Marlena Rice. She contacted him once asking when was a good time and day to set up phone interview. He responded back letting her know and she never responded. He reached out to her several times after and still no response. I personally called and left a message and still no response. After weeks had gone by and she finally responded there wasn’t an apology at all. She spoke to my son for all of 10min and he hadn’t heard from here since. So if you’re looking for a recruiter that won’t ghost you please don’t go with Marlena Rice. Our experience with ITAC was very unpleasant because of one recruiter that was very unprofessional and didn’t feel the need to apologize and follow-up.

Serena Garrett, at ITAC Solutions is the absolute best. I honestly give her a 100/100. I spoke to a few recruiters and only one actually kept communication going, and that was Serena. I would hear from her often, even on breaks from meetings. I started to lose hope and trust in recruiting/staffing agencies due to lack of communication but she showed me different. She is always professional, nice and even uplifting at times when I needed it. I am doing this review because she absolutely deserves her flowers. She helped me get a job in a week. I have already referred others to her. Serena, thank you, you are a God send and I wills always be grateful that He allowed you to be my recruiter.

I would rate Leslie and the ITAC team a 10!!! Leslie did a fantastic job. She found my resume online and reached out to me directly. She made the process easy and effective. She gave me feedback on my resume and was in touch with me through every step of the way. My first phone call interview was successful and each time I spoke with the hiring manager I heard back from my recruiter within the hour. Even when there was an hour or two delay on the employers end, my recruiter was prompt to follow up and ensure the appointment was still going to happen. She even went above and beyond my first week on the job, which was also the week that snow and Ice covered the roads, by assisting me with the agreement and application paperwork so that I was able to start two weeks earlier than originally requested. That was a good reassuring feeling to have! Also, when I had questions pertaining to the direct deposit process she was available directly and was always prompt, friendly & efficient each time.
