I had high hopes for this local branch of Integrated after working with a different branch from out of state for travel nursing. My recruiter for travel was wonderful, responsive and easy to talk to. Whole different experience with the local Phoenix branch. I would call to give availability for shifts and it was like I could hear crickets afterwards. Not sure what the problem is but it is not worth the time or effort to apply and get onboarded.

My recruiter was wonderful I enjoyed speaking with her and she’s actually somebody that I would love to be friends with and do happy hour with however, I have been calling in for several weeks now because I had one last item they needed in order to let me work and it was a negative TB results well I have the results and I have been calling trying to find out who to send them to or do they need me to bring in a hot hard copy but anytime I call I am told that they are busy or they are in a meeting or they are not in the office and what I asked if I can leave a message I am told that are they can’t take messages because they don’t know which person I would be dealing withand so it wouldn’t do them any good to take a message because they don’t know that that person actually is a recruiter from their office and wouldn’t even bother letting me give her a name I asked her well if I give you a name would you not know that they work there? And she said it would do no good because that person is probably not here anyway and I will say she was quite rude and it is not the first time I’ve had that type of running with her I used to have my recruiter cell phone so as long as I could reach her that way everything was fine but to go through the phone number that is listed for the office that I gotyou at any time I get someone very rude and just unhelpful almost like they’re trying to keep this company from having hires. I don’t remember her name and actually I think I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me once but I will try again and leave another review so you guys can figure out what’s going on so that I can can come work there I have over 20 years of experience in all areas I’ve worked in hospitals I have worked in long-term care facilities I have done saikai have done drug withdrawal I have done a skilled nursing facility specifically for drug addicts I am very educated just from working in the healthcare field for so long and in so many different areas. I actually end up earning my nurses trust so much that a lot of situations they will ask me for advice. I am not confident and a lot of areas in my life but my healthcare knowledge is not one of them as a matter of fact it’s the only place that I get my self-confidence and without my work I am miserable. I feel semi loyal to continue because I promised my recruiter I would but the harder I try the more I just want to say I’m going with someone else I have to other agencies that have hired me and are waiting for me to give them the go-ahead I’m giving you guys until Monday at 5 my name is Krista King. I’m pretty sure someone knows who I am. I want to again give props to my recruiter she was wonderful made me feel like a friend and I trusted her I still trust her I’ve no reason not to unless she’s told the receptionist she doesn’t want to speak with me the physical if that’s the case I would like to hear it from her. KRISTAJKING. That’s the beginning of my email. Just in case you have two Krista Kings in your system.

I interviewed with the Branch Manager, for a Recruiter opportunity, who was very personable and dedicated to building morale and reviving damaged culture. I could feel the passion throughout the conversation. Additionally, she discussed her accomplishments (very humbly) and her vision for the Branch with such enthusiasm that I was ready to hop on the phones that day! My 2nd interview with the Regional Manager was less than stellar. As we discussed the AZ workforce, he arrogantly discussed his accomplishments, as if to pat himself on the back, while peering down his nose. At one point during our NONversation, he stated, “The people here (in AZ)who dont work, 9 times out of 10, have no social skills and those are people that we need to leave where they are…Many of the people here do not want to work”. I looked at him with disgust. He then turned red and asked me where I am from (I am not from Arizona ;however, the generalization made me ponder what other ignorant beliefs bounced off of the empty walls of Mr. New York’s mind). In that moment, I checked out–I was done with the interview, I didnt shake his hand…I left! I did not care if I recieved a follow up call or not. As an HR professional, as a leader, as a coach, my job is to empower and motivate anyone, PERIOD! I will not be apart of an organization who places a member of leadership with this point of view. Culture, or lack there of, comes from the top and, in that interview, I saw all that I needed to see.
