Disappointing Experience with ‘Insight Global’ I had high hopes for my experience with Insight Global, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. 1. Lack of Communication: After my initial meeting, I felt left in the dark. There was little follow-up regarding potential job opportunities. 2. Unrealistic Job Matches: Several positions presented to me didn’t align with my skills and experience, indicating a lack of understanding of my profile. 3. Limited Support: I expected more guidance throughout the application process. The feedback I received was minimal, making it challenging to improve my approach. 4. Time Wasted: I spent considerable time applying for jobs that were either filled or not suitable, leading to frustration.

Horrible and unprofessional experience. Had a recruiter reach out to me, scheduled a day and time to talk, then they never called. When I followed up, I received a rude and unprofessional text message back. I will be steering clear of their services and advising others to do the same.

Terrible. A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn with a job description that had nothing to do with my background. When I told her of her mistake she lied and said it was a very relevant management position in my field and with nastiness said that I clearly was not interested in it, so she wouldn’t contact me again. I sent her the listing she originally sent me that definitively said “entry level associate” and she blocked me. Is this how you train your recruiters to behave Insight Global – with lies and hostility? This is gross and you should be ashamed as a corporation. A job search is hard enough. No one needs a recruiter acting like a 5 year old brat. Nothing about Insight Global and this treatment elicits a feeling of trust as a candidate and it shouldn’t as an employer looking to meet staffing needs. You can thank Jessica L for her bad behavior and I’ll spread the word not to work with her or you.
