Have worked around 2 years, have rated 2 because the business is more focused on cost cutting,low pay off as per the market standards, hiring and promoting those who have some relation with the managers ,it doesn’t matter whether that person is eligible to get that position or not as a result employees are having multiple issues. However,The company is good for those who wants to start their career in MNC.

I’m enjoying my time at iQor , I’m a part of WFM planning team and they are providing Hybrid work mode to everyone which i think is very supportive from the organisation, it saves your time and money on commuting and parking etc, apart from that we have fixed offs on weekends and our bosses focus on giving high productivity during work hours and also put emphasis on work life balance, it’s a top notch MNC environment which actually can be seen here instead of other companies who don’t practise what they preach, also my boss Ms. Farhin Qureshi is very supportive and has helped me a lot in my work , initially when I came i was struggling to understand few things as I was new to planning but she taught us by taking sessions apart from her busy schedule, it makes a great place to work if you find a supportive boss and also find a top notch work culture. Im thankful to God for working at iQor.
