if I could give one star I would. constantly messaging about with start dates for jobs. overbook for a job then cancel people last minute.

(Warning to anybody about to leave a review) This agency controls a lot of plant operator work. If you leave an honest review that is negative to them they WILL NOT GIVE YOU WORK AGAIN. Rather than take on the constructive criticism and change for the better, they’ll say yeah well sort you work and call you back but you ain’t getting no call believe that. They’ll have work for you, soon as you say your name it’s game over. So my issue with them was, they missed my pay on the Friday then lied to me everyday over the phone by multiple people saying they’d pay me by 10am everyday right up till the next pay day. Even then it wasn’t in my account and I had to go to the office. When I walked in one melon came up to me laughing apologising because he was laughing as his co worker threw his belt out the window. I’m standing there thinking I’ve not been paid for over a week been lied to constantly and you melons are throwing each other belts out the window. Spoke to one of the managers and it was sorted that evening but the fact that I can no longer get work takes the mick as they control a lot of it. I’d only use them if I was desperate anyway as they are genuinely wolf of wall street wannabe smartly dressed gimps. They probably all sniff sherbert and *ank each other off in the toilets

Avoid at all costs, unreliable they don’t pay on time or in some cases like this so far at all, they get your hours and pay wrong, don’t phone you to tell you you’ve been off hired, multiple liars in this agency who will help your contact there to dodge and avoid speaking to you, been waiting for days now after being told I’d be paid for definite on more than a handful of times it is almost Tuesday and still haven’t been paid what they owe me. Now having to borrow to get fuel tomorrow. Apparently I was on the first payroll slot this morning to definitely be paid like they said on Friday and Thursday. Worst agency I’ve ever to deal with in the whole 10 years and I’ve worked for a lot, these are the worst and will never go back hence this review, i cannot believe a word they say at this point so when I phone them tomorrow to ask them for my pay again and they say to me ahhh so and so just gave me the thumbs up again you’ll definitely be paid today, am I supposed to say OK then thank you like an absolute melon and then I wait all day again only for it to not happen because these lying muppets can’t do they’re jobs properly, furious to say the least
