My boyfriend and I rented an apartment from Landmark Resources for 4 and a half years. The building was well maintained, and the super would address maintenance requests within 2 days at most. We also appreciated the online system that was implemented at the beginning of covid for filing requests and paying rent. Rent increases were modest and communicated well ahead of time. Moving out was painless, and our security deposit was returned within a couple weeks of move out.

Lived here for a year. Building itself is good, superintendent is also great, the management is awful. They stole money from my security deposit, threatened to throw away my lease at one point before I had even moved in and the lease was signed and sent a very aggressive text message as I was on my way out. Even with the 40% rent increase, I was considering staying for the location and convenience but after the way they addressed my concerns, I decided to look elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Rented an apartment on 69th st under their management for 2 years. No issues with management, service requests were filled, competent and polite super, building was well maintained and I received my security deposit back in full within 3 weeks of lease end. Would be happy to rent from them again.
