I had a very bad experience with International Manpower Recruitment (IMR). The management is absolutely the worst. They never respond to phone calls when we try to ask about demand or other important information.
Candidates are treated very badly, like dolls in their hands. They call candidates whenever they like, even early in the morning, without caring if we have eaten or not. Then they keep us waiting for 10–12 hours for no reason.
The behavior of the staff, from the security guards to higher-level employees, is extremely rude and disrespectful. There is no professionalism at all.
I sincerely beg everyone not to apply for any foreign job through this manpower agency. I will also never apply again. This manpower company is like a pile of dung, completely irresponsible and disrespectful.
Please think twice before applying for any foreign job through this manpower agency.
