I have always enjoyed a positive and friendly experience with PostNet over the past several years, but nothing like I experienced over the last week! I had two separate orders from the same seller, the first of which arrived with the wrong item and the second item was way incorrect. I requested a refund or replacement and was instructed to take the item to a UPS facility, (PostNet in Payson being my favorite) and have them print out a shipping label found on my phone via a QR. I was told initially that PostNet was not in a position to do so, but after a very complex and thorough technical investigation by a skilled and knowledgeable PostNet associate, Antoinette, the shipping label was printed out, the item returned, and the second item was much easier as the mystery technology had been solved forever more. I am extremely grateful to Antoinette for going the extra technical mile and not giving in, and for whom, unfortunately, I cannot give a raise, but for whom I certainly CAN give well-deserved PRAISE‼️🤗
