I have contacted the Corporate office 2x now with a promise of a call back on a shitty installation of 3 rooms in Roseville, MI. and have never received a call back from Alex. Their customer service is crappy. Wouldn’t recommend! Installers don’t speak English!

The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star review is you have to check something otherwise I wouldn’t leave any stars or any recommendation. I have worked w/this company on more than one home. I thought they were a standup company but as soon as I had an issue w/a floor just under a year old I was told by the company representative that he just purchased the franchise & was not responsible for the previous installers work. Not a good way to stay in business. I wouldn’t use them ever again.

Shady business. After installation, reached out to the owner Marika, who had sold her business. The new owner Zehra, who was downright rude and difficult to deal with upon the first contact. Zehra is the most vile and most disrespectful human I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. She refused to service my issues despite being under warranty. Reached out to CEO Tom Wood multiple times and he NEVER responded. These folks are downright unprofessional and will not honor a contractual agreement. Considered filing a lawsuit but it’s not worth the time and money. I called another reputable company to resolve my issue. I have audio and written proof of everything stated above.
