Interkadra offers job offers for people who want to work in Poland, but also abroad. Recruitment generally takes place online, but you can also talk to recruiters at the headquarters. The office at Wadowicka is close to the city center.
There is no problem with printing and completing all important documents on site and having a longer conversation with the recruiter.
I know many satisfied people who have already traveled with Interkadra to, for example, Germany, France or Belgium. There are many opportunities for forklift operators, mechanics with less and more experience, production workers, and machine operators. There is a lot of seasonal work in summer (for example, harvesting vegetables and fruits, working in a sewing room before Christmas).
Temporary workers under a Polish contract often earn more than workers employed directly due to the applicable law (for example in Belgium or Germany), and they also earn attractive bonuses, lower taxes and other rates due to temporary work.
There are also job offers under German or Dutch contracts or the option of a direct contract with a foreign company.
