I contacted intely after I had contacted The facility communicating to them that I would not be arriving on time due to car issues. Intely then assured me they would contact the facility as soon as possible And let me know and assure that my shift would not be compromised by the situation taken a hand as I had drove already an hour and 30 minutes to the facility and still had 40 minutes to go, they called the facility once and they left a message. I then took things into my own hands and I had called after intely They answered me immediately, as well as continued to answer my further phone calls as I was updating them every 30 to 40 minutes of my situation, whereas your intely associates claimed they did not establish connection. It’s not fair that my score and my work ethic is being compromised by you guys lack of communication between you and the facility. Things happen and my score should not be affected by those things and especially if your staff is inadequate to handle the situation. It’s ridiculous. I feel like I should be compensated in someway by what happened. If it was not for me taking things into my own hand, I could have possibly been much worse, such as being DNR from the facility due to a no card no-show as well as lack of communication with intely and the facility or A lower score due to your employees lack of interest of helping their staff. I just feel like it’s very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Intely is not standing up for their employees and actually helping employees find a solutions for an emergency situations that may occur. I am very disappointed in intely and will no longer be recommending further coworkers to apply with you guys as I have brought and referred many employees to your company. DO BETTTER and if you’re wondering, my problem was that my tire was slowly deflating throughout my road trip to the facility as I stopped once to patch the tire another to add fix a flat another to add more tire air and another two get a tire changed at Walmart thank God, the facility was so understanding and compassionate. If not, I am positive that I would have lost this great opportunity to work with a wonderful facility, but intelly care was very unbothered by the situation which is very sad.
