First of all, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and personable. Made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Jacob Phillips is the PA I saw and wow—-what great professional medical manners He didn’t rush me through and he explained EVERYTHING about the herniated disks. He gave all options and answered EVERY question I had. He was very professional but yet personal enough to relate to a patient. If ever I need to recommend neuro, it will be this office and Jacob Phillips. Thank you for your professionalism and medical knowledge of my case.
