Once I went to an interview with other women and an employee came out angry saying “If they worked in there, that smile would immediately be taken off their faces.” Through social networks they offer a salary and when you arrive for the interview they have lowered almost a million pesos because you have experience in sales and not in human resources, but they can also use your English in case you already have the experience. This is a dirty and very old strategy that is used to prevent you from negotiating your salary, so it is possible that the work environment is tense due to salary differences within a team that does the same job.
