Lovely company to work with. Very organised

I am a chef and signed up to be a temporary worker at Insta service. I was cheated and deceived in the worst way by that temporary agency. First they call at 7 o’clock for a temporary job, which has to start at 6:30, and where there is a long transport time, so you don’t arrive until 8:00. If you are booked to work until 14:00, but are forced to leave earlier, you will not get paid. Check in and check out must take place through an app, but many times you get blocked and cannot check out. When you call them, they either don’t pick up the phone or they don’t check out when you’re done, but do so according to the agreement they have with the customer. Furthermore, they do not use tax deductions when they calculate wages and you get wages after 55 percent tax has been paid. I was also sent to do unskilled work and when I didn’t want to do it, I was threatened with the fact that I will not get any more shifts with them if I refuse. They also wouldn’t pay me the agreed salary because the job had to be done by an unskilled person. Only when the employer got involved in the matter was I promised to get the agreed salary, but was charged 55 percent in tax. Stay away from that temp agency.
