Insight Global has been a fantastic partner throughout this journey. Their team, especially Ashley and Christine (shout out to you both!), has been incredibly supportive, ensuring I’m set up for success from the start. The placement process was seamless—they took the time to understand my skills and passion for gaming, matching me with a role at HP that perfectly aligns with my career goals. What sets Insight Global apart is their genuine commitment to creating a positive experience. Their transparent process and dedication to their professionals shine through in every interaction. I’m still doing a lot with them, and their support continues to make a real difference in my work. For anyone considering working with Insight Global as a contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend them—they’re a reliable, people-focused partner who truly cares about your success. Thank you, Insight Global, Ashley, and Christine, for your unwavering support and for helping me thrive in my role at HP!

My recruiter lied to me to land the contract. I was told if I didn’t complete the contract, I’d be on a no hire list for the rest of my life for any company Amazon owns currently or may own in the future. Update (5/28/25): Insight Global responded to my bad review from 5/13/25 within 1/2 a day of me posting it and encouraged me to contact their PR dept regarding my experience so that we could discuss a resolution. I emailed them a full account of my experience on 5/15/25. It is now almost 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive any response from them. So, because they responded so quickly with hollow words, I will post my experience here for all to read: When I was first contacted by the recruiter in mid October of 2024, I was nearing my final 2 weeks of a current contract that I had at Blue Origin. I explained to her that it was unlikely that I would be converted to a full time employee so I was open to new opportunities. She asked me to send her a copy of my current resume which I did. The next day she called me and asked me to provide specific examples of soldering from current and previous roles. It was obvious that she didn’t really know what soldering was or the different types of soldering I was describing. The work described on my resume at the time implies that soldering was part of the work that I was performing and I got the impression that she was about to reword my resume to be more presentable to her client. I’ve never worked with a technical recruiter that didn’t know what soldering was so I opted to update my own resume to include that information. She sent the updated resume to her client and the client wanted to schedule an interview. I interviewed with her client and we moved forward with the onboarding process. The next day after I signed the paperwork, there was a change of plans and I was asked to interview for a permanent role at Blue Origin. I called to inform the recruiter about this and apologized for the inconvenience and notified her that I would not be able to move forward with her contract. I could tell this was upsetting information for her and she said she understood but before the phone call ended she said “I must inform you that a failure to complete this contract will result in you being on a “no hire” list for the rest of your life for any company Amazon currently owns or may own in the future.” This was very disturbing to hear so I agreed to move forward with her contract. I went home and re-read every word of the documents that I signed but could not find any phrases that described what she described to me. I decided I didn’t want to risk it so I said my goodbyes at Blue Origin on Nov 5 2024 and began work at Amazon on Nov 8 2024. Later, after speaking with many other recruiters from different agencies, we determined that this was a lie and a despicable tactic she used in order to land the contract and get her commission. She called me to check up about 2 weeks before my contract ended and didn’t know when my end date was which was 5/3/25 even though we discussed this 2 week prior and determined the end date in the previous phone call. I received an automated email on Friday 5/2/25 from an Insight Global robot with an acknowledgment of the end of my contract and a survey on how likely I was to recommend them to a friend. I did not hear from my recruiter on that day. I didn’t hear from her the following week either. It is currently 5/12/2025 and I missed her phone call but received her text asking me “Just wanted to confirm that your last day was last Friday?” which would have been 5/9/25 (a week later than my actual last day). I have never worked for a Temp agency that doesn’t keep track of their employees. Very little to no involvement in my day to day.

My recruiters, Josh and Lauren are excellent! They kept me posted throughout the hiring process. They were quick to answer questions and provide assistance. The on-boarding package was informative and helpful. The job is a perfect match for me! I would highly recommend Insight Global.
