My experience was terrible. My recruiters were both Ashley and Kelsey. I had to keep hounding them for my benefits, orientation details before starting work. That gave me red flags and the jitters before even starting. I was working a full time job before being hired to this company. They made everything sound very smooth and a breeze like the job would be very much enjoyable. I get to the job to find out it has been a big turn over the manager at premise health clt airport treats you like trash she is very non-chalant, the team there is very cliquish and they act like they don’t accept the help they receive even though they need the help because they have NO ONE. I have been told since working they had a big turn over rate because the staff and the manager ran them out! I was lied on by the manager my second week to Ashley and Kelsey. Both Ashley and Kelsey encouraged me to speak to my manager YVETTE TORRES, of my concerns I did just that. And was retaliated. Ashley and Kelsey fired me on the spot ! Even though I have asked them both how I was doing for the two weeks that I have been there for feed back and they both reassured me, I was doing fine and there was nothing to worry about then after expressing my concerns I was fired on the spot. Both the recruiters showed no remorse that I just lost my job nor tried to look for me anywhere else for me to go. I reached out to them asking and advocating for myself to find work. I am a single mother ! And had been there for two weeks and already out of job . !! This needs to be looked into and studied ! Do your research and do not work for this place !!!! Run!!! This place is a hoax!!!
