I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Beverly Hills store — not directly to me, but to someone I personally recommended your brand to with great confidence.
As someone who holds your brand in high regard, I had referred a friend to your store, genuinely believing they would receive the level of professionalism, integrity, and care that I associate with your name. Unfortunately, what they experienced was far from that standard.
They were assisted by a young Caucasian male staff member, who initially appeared professional. However, once it became clear that the watch they were looking for was unavailable, his demeanor shifted.
He repeatedly made inappropriate and personal requests, insisting on being introduced to a woman — even following up after the store visit. My friend told me that it felt as though he was leveraging access to the watch as a bargaining chip, implying that unless a personal favor was granted, the level of service — or even the chance to see the watch — would not be provided. This behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline coercive, making my friend feel extremely uncomfortable.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely at odds with the values and standards one expects from a luxury brand of your stature. As someone who trusted your brand enough to recommend it to others, I feel disheartened and embarrassed by this experience.
