I have been a customer since 2015. Scan Mailboxes is an excellent alternative to a post office box. We have so much trouble with theft and mis-delivery at our community mailbox we could not trust important mail and shipments to the local mail. I highly reccomend their service. Also, as an added benefit, you are supporting a Deaf-Owned community business as well!

Great company. I’ve been a paid customer for 6 months and so far so good. Rates are affordable and everything on their end is done smoothly without much delay. The requests I have (scan, shred, etc) are done fairly quickly. Check deposit is quick and reliable. The only thing I wish was easier is the paperwork you have to complete before you can become a customer. But it’s not their fault, US Government requires that.

This service makes my life so much easier. I travel frequently and need a way to keep on top of my snail mail while I’m out of town. First I tried ‘Traveling Mailbox’, but wasn’t happy with the level of service or their price-point. With Scan Mailboxes you get terrific service at a great price. Keep up the good work guys!
