I had a quite positive recruitment experience with Ingenesis (Melanie Fung specifically) last year. Melanie was a professional and efficient recruiter – the whole process from initial screening and the final interview was smooth and fairly short. She understood well about employer’s need and eventually reached out to me. She’s also down-to-earth and always had the communication channel open – which I personally value from a recruiter. I’d like to thank her and Ingenesis for helping me break into the pharmaceutical industry and match me with a great employer!

While I read all the hiring and staffing , ingnessis and clinic has problems. I saw a guy named who are not nurse or doctor but can be the tips managementer . A cleaner or worker or airport ticket can be top manager or nurse or doctor. I was not study completely towards healthcare but in major as human development also few nurse field. Aa being front desk role is understand the system and knowledge the policy. I do not felt supervisors a healthcare clinic hire someone be manager or office because they are not have backgrounds healthcare. I am not good with study but at less under basic healthcare role. The report to report me I am not feeling surprised because the manager has problem. Hire a reporter to clinic! Are they going to report patient or worker? Hire a worker! Are you going to break all account and let you in busy to fix the issue? Hire a family! Is your family are going to be patient or other. My job I have before were real but never play prented. Someone want them to let these involved to give them job . This is how my friend gets lost job because all types weird involved into. I am not really happy with service. I hope post here to ask manager come down and like to speak with them. Also, I felt anyone can be manager. This super weired.

Recruiter Karen Kirby (I know, right, how ironic!) has been reaching out to me for legitimately over a year now about job opportunities , and this woman has not gotten me ONE interview so far! WHY DO YOU KEEP EMAILING ME JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND THEN NOT GETTING ME AN INTERVIEW ? SHE IS very incompetent and inept. I know jobs don’t always work out, but an entire year? Unacceptable. Also, they keep changing Google accounts to circumvent their awful reviews. Please do not waste your time with these clowns, especially Karen.
