BE AWARE! This facility is great for builders to use and get products quickly. HOWEVER, the products SUCK. I had my home built 4 years ago. Every up lights corroded out (all 5). Bathroom faucets have broken in areas. Kitchen counters currently have 4 large chips in them and I paid TOP dollar for Quartz. Flooring was high end and there are areas where the wood is coming up. It is my understanding that manufactures offer 10-15 or even lifetime warranties on products. I called and emailed to get some assistance. The only information they offered was to contact my builder….WELL, my builder is no longer in business. BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely thrilled with the service and quality of flooring from this company! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Management and product is terrible. I met someone who works for them Melissa Lopez and is just the most terrible person I’ve ever met to the point I feel bad for how sad her life is being that awful of a person. Don’t ever do business with them.
