I had a terrible experience at Service Québec 10520. I accompanied a friend, a hardworking business owner who paid over $40,000 in taxes to the Quebec government last year, seeking assistance. It was a freezing morning, and several people were waiting outside the office. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, the staff refused to let anyone inside to escape the cold. A woman inside not only ignored requests but also insulted people in French, even as a lady begged in English to be let in due to the freezing temperatures. Instead of showing compassion, the staff turned off the lights to avoid being seen by those waiting outside. This lack of basic humanity and professionalism is unacceptable. Many people who come to this office are in genuine need of assistance. Treating them with such disrespect and disregard is disgraceful. If I could give zero stars, I would

I recently visited Bureau De Services Quebec. for assistance regarding my business, and the experience was appalling. On a freezing day, I requested the employee at the front desk to open the first door to minimize the cold drafts, as I was already feeling unwell. My request was met with rudeness and an outright refusal. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a government office where public service should be a priority. Such disregard for basic human decency could have serious consequences. What if someone with a severe health condition had been in my place? I strongly urge the management to take this incident seriously, replace such unprofessional employees, and ensure that customer service is handled with the respect and care it deserves.

Horrible experience. The one person I dealt with extremely dismissive. She seems like she couldn’t care less about other people or her job. Makes me question why some people choose to go into customer service. I was actually baffled about how badly I was spoken down to. Normally don’t get mad easily, but being spoken to like that ruined my day.
