I have been interning with ICS Consultancy Services over a month now and it has been a pleasant experience. Everybody here is really supportive and encouraging and that’s really motivating for students like me who haven’t had any sort of corporate experience in the past and it drives you not only to become a better professional but also a better person. Here you understand the birds eye view of how Human Resources actually work and thus when you step out you know how things work and you are trained to be a professional. You also get to interact with a lot of people and you are so engrossed into your work and competitiveness, you don’t realize how time passes by! I am really happy with my decision to join ICS and i urge students to consider interning here because you won’t be disappointed!
