Before catching my flight at Faro Airport in Portugal at the end of my holiday, I stumbled upon Imago Portugal and there jumpers which I thought to be really nice. On my return, I quickly ordered online two jumpers and two t-shirts from Imago Portugal. I paid 20 Pounds for delivery costs which I thought to be fair. However, before the items were delivered – I was alerted by UPS that I was to pay a further 80 Pounds importation fees. This was not communicated to me at all. After approaching Imago about the situation, I wanted to return the items and get a refund. I then received a very kind response from Frederico, the Managing Partner at Imago who apologized for the mistake of not informing me about the importation fees beforehand. They noticed a mistake was made and apologized to me and they resolved the situation by giving me a full refund. This positive behaviour of listening to the customer will go a long way and it will result in growing the company organically through positive word of mouth. Overall the products are very nice and I highly recommend these. However for those living in the UK or abroad – please keep in mind the importation fees in you are ordering online.

Super nice store with a great vibe and very nice clothes! The t-shirts look amazing and headgear is really cool. Definitely the hidden shopping gem of Lisbon, highly recommend a visit!
