We have had the pleasure of working with Rick on our printing/scanning needs!
Rick was amazing! I especially appreciated Rick’s exceptional service! He has maintained great communication with our office and I am so appreciative he was our tech that came by! Any questions we had Rick answered them and also gave us some tips on how to maintain and work on the printer! Rick went above and beyond on doing a preventative maintenance check just to be on the safe side and address any potential issues we may run across. I am very appreciative of this! Rick was great! He was able to fix a networking issue on our printer that our own IT guys couldn’t figure out!
He updated the software and got it back up and running better than ever. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, this guy knows what he’s doing!

I was very pleased with Rick, the ImageNet representative/technician who was dispatched to address the issue with my device. Rick was very thorough and completely knowledgeable. He was able to decisively troubleshoot what the issue was–and this is after (3) prior services calls with no resolution. Rick was super friendly and enormously helpful.
