Amy was honestly a blessing. I came in for my passport appointment and she made the whole thing feel so easy. She was fast, kind, and explained everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming. You could tell she really cared and wanted to make sure everything was done right. The only thing that threw me off was the lighting it was so dim I thought the place was closed. My appointment was at 8:15 and the shutters were still down so I started panicking thinking it got canceled. It would have been five stars if it wasn’t for the dim lighting and the timing but honestly Amy made the whole experience calm and smooth. Truly grateful I got her today.

Been going to this USPS location for years and normally have a perfectly fine experience. However today I had an interaction with RAM who was extremely dismissive and I felt like he was trying to get rid of me and did not help walk through my issue. He told my to go to UPS or somewhere else instead. When I walked in the store I was the only person there and it was empty, not sure if he was having an off day but I left because he was so unpleasant.

Wow. Reading the comments, I see overall that they are horrible. I’ve had the same issues. Returned mail because they didn’t open it completely like they should. So my important things such as driver’s license, motor vehicle registration, voter registration etc. were returned. Started bad from the beginning. I go to the front desk and they tell me it wasn’t open. REALLY? They have the same issues and never resolve them. Obviously the manager doesn’t care or doesn’t know what to do. Yall need a better systems. I’ve never had so many issue with my other P.O. boxes. I’ve been at Oakfield in Brandon for 9 years when i first moved from NY. There are gonna be some things that might happen. But the amount of issues Ive had at this post office in 5 months is more than an issue or two than Oakfield. I’ve moved to Tampa Palms on Bruce B Downs for 4 months and had to move immediately. Any I never had issues. I just dont understand whats the issue with this post office. I don’t know why people are still working there. I did see the reviews, but i thought let me give them a chance. But nope. Shoulda went with my gut. PLEASE DO NOT open a P.O. Box here. Its further out from me in Plant City, but at least I know they will take care of me right.They just don’t know anything here and don’t care. Getting paid to continue doing the wrong things.They need to be retrained along with the manager since he don’t know anything either. And doesn’t think to fix it because these issues have been happening for a long time. So he definitely can’t train anyone. No one should not be working here still with all these issues. Obviously no one gets reprimanded because they are still here. I know people might say i live in plant city and go to the one near me, But its for the time being. I don’t know where I will be after since this is temporarily. But I’m always in Brandon for appointments, storage, friends etc. So wherever i move, I know i’ll be in Brandon at least once a week. Now i have to update mailing again. They need to pay me to set up my new one. That’s the least they can do. And the workers at this location, please DO NOT go to Oakfield because i don’t want yall to infect this post office. Keep that nonsense there. Or maybe you should, so you can be trained properly and issues get dealt right away. Wish I can give no stars.
