I appreciate having Kira Feick as my go to HR expert very much! Being a small business owner is never boring and is good for people who like to wear a lot of hats, like me. But I’m better at sales and engineering than HR. Thank goodness there are experts like Ignite HR Solutions my company (Corda Solar of Danville) can rely on! I like the *people* part of HR but not the red tape / rules / regulations part of HR. Whenever I need help with a question about California’s many personnel-related laws and I can’t find a clear cut answer online, I call Kira and she always knows or knows how to find out. What a relief! Very responsive, too.
