I engaged TalentID to find an office manager for my shop, which they did, and I paid the associated fees. The person they found for me ended up stealing from the business and bullying my other staff members so was dismissed within a month or so. I asked for a refund but was told they would find me another person – so you never get a refund if they find you an awful employee, they will just replace for you (its in their T and Cs).
The subsequent people I was sent to interview didn’t have all of the skills we had specified we required, so nobody was rehired.
They offered to extend my replacement guarantee for one year, and I contacted them again recently – 8 weeks out of timeframe – and the best they offered was half price.
I was really upset about my first experience with them- I used their services as we have no in house recruitment, so I trusted their ability to find a good candidate. I personally think I should have been given a refund from the start as my experience was so bad.
Not happy at all with my experience and wouldn’t recommend them because of this. Spending $6,000 or $7,000 I expected the service to be better.
