They assigned me to an employer that had a lot OSHA violations and the employer terminated my assignment because I was targeted as I was the only female employee, because I was a temp, etc.. I contacted the company’s office manager as she asked me to contact her if I ever needed anything and I did so when the employment issues worsened. I also tried to get in touch with Idalia’s office manager but she was always hard to reach via phone and text in general and especially when it came to this. So I focused most of my attention on the company’s office manager. I later sent an email of all the complaints employee, OSHA, etc. related to said company office manager and Idalia’s office manager and this is what finally generated feedback from Idalia’s office manager. The company terminated my assignment because they knew my safety, etc. compliants were valid. I reported the company I was assiged to by Idalia and Idalia has refused to find me another assignment. It is important to state that said Idalia office manager and two other HR reps contacted me days after I was fired by assigned company and they gave me a half hour phone to discuss with them what happened at the job site and the one manager kept undermining me, etc.. I told her I was there for exactly a month and they call me and spend thirty minutes with me and most of the call I was spoke over, etc.. They assured me that they would review my follow up email with all of my concerns but never did. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone.

This agency is one of the best I know! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. They treat you with respect, kindness and lots of love! I truly appreciate everyone that works in the office, they are all very lovely people!
