ID recruitment doesn’t just place people somewhere. The wishes of the candidates are listened to very clearly. To then work together with their capabilities towards a solid proposal. You don’t just get sent somewhere. This has clearly been thought about. And importantly: there is still a good chance that the proposal will result in a real match!
Not unimportant: all this is done by and with friendly, respectful people.
