In a tough time trying to find a job and I came to ICR without any high expectations in hopes to find a job and the staff did an Amazing job. They had me training and working in the same week I showed up to find work. All the staff have great personalities and are very respectful. I appreciate the opportunity they have given me and I feel Blessed with this shot at working with them. Thank you guys and I highly recommend anyone looking for a job to come here!

Come in with experience, or no experience, ICR conducts thorough interviews for best placements, not just throw you in for high turn over. They gave me the opportunity to prove myself. I definitely will come back here. When I left this job, they said come back if I ever need them again in the future. I left with a great impression of them as not just another impersonal stat on a sheet.

I don’t even know how this business is still up and running. I have over 10 years of leadership experience ,I have launch sites and opened up buildings. I’ve trained over hundreds of associates in warehousing and these people still can’t even find me employment. When asked for an update on my application status, they told me that maybe they’re not the best fit to help me find a job! What are these people actually doing for our community in the High Desert other then just giving us the run around!
Unfortunately, I had to give them one star but honestly deep down they don’t deserve any stars. They have poor leadership skills and extremely poor communication.
