Got a call from a recruiter about a job near me and wanted to set up an interview for me. While on the phone with me, he was having other conversations with other people. Had my interview, then didn’t hear anything, thinking it was due to the holidays. A couple weeks into the new year I get a text asking if I was still available and still interested in the position if offered it, I replied I was. Never heard from him again. Thought this was very unprofessional.

DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars. Icon has by far been the worst agency I have ever gone through. From the very beginning, they changed my start date to sooner that I had planned on with out informing me. They did not give me the correct information for my on boarding. Every time I reached out to my recruiter, she was very short and impatient with me, like I was annoying her. Now my HR rep is “never at her desk” or on “vacation” and nor does she email or call me back. They are very rude. They never have answers to my questions and they pawn me off 2-4 times to find someone who can give me an answer which can take up to a week IF THEY RESPOND. After a few weeks being there, I noticed they weren’t paying me after getting a couple pay checks. They had gone 3 times without paying me and blamed it on my supervisor at the job I was contracted at. They had an “error” in the system that they “weren’t getting my time submissions” and “they would have to set me up a new account.” They were super unhelpful about getting me my pay. On top of that, their health insurance isn’t taken in most states and if it is, it’s 1 doctor that lives an hour from you. They don’t cover anything. They were taking out 2x more out of my paycheck for my health insurance, once I caught what was happening to my pay, they told me it was an “error” in their system and that they were “sorry”. The health insurance policy says that they start taking health insurance out of your paycheck 4 weeks before your insurance kicks in. Mine started from the second paycheck. They were taking it out immediately. It takes three months for Your health insurance to kick in with them. Once I caught them in yet another lie about starting to charge me my second paycheck that’s when they got really annoyed with me for catching them stealing from me . They have been doing this to Multiple people I work with and they pick and choose who they give money back to. HORRIBLE AGENCY!

Missed paychecks, missed expense checks, no good customer service, no support. DO NOT USE This company for employment / temp staffing. I tried escalating but no resolutions.
