They didn’t just learn what we were going to be trying to do but they were involved in the training as well so that they understood what the client wanted. They also did another thing that’s very important and they respected the fact that as a team we coordinated things and we made sure all positions were filled and they did the thumbs up all the time when they felt that was good and that’s very important because that shows the client that we work as a team. I would say the last thing was just a positive energy that they gave to the team in the compliments in the celebrations and the clapping and the pictures and everything that came with that and that’s really important in this business especially within events or places that people come to have a good time you want to show them that you’re having a good time and if you show them you’re having a good time as a team that just enhances their experience. I won’t recommend this place in Las Vegas. very low ethic management to put it in public. Just don’t trust them, they will manage very unprofessional, be careful if they run your background and sent you to drug screening and don’t give you the job.
