Do not give them your business. Was there in April and had them ship a package containing two items – paid for box, labor, and bubble wrap. They used none of it (theft), shipped the items and one of them is lost. Made a claim with UPS Store and they denied it because “the package was delivered”. Yah, one of two. Manager won’t answer my calls. Spent hours out of my day on the phone, pretty much given up.
They are crooked, dishonest, and should be ashamed to be in business. Hope the owner of this franchise sleeps well at night. Congratulations, you took my money. Hope it was worth it.

All the previous reviews are spot on, this location is wonderful and the staff are kind, and helpful. They helped me get cards and other items made same day with little notice, and they absolutely didn’t have to.
