This recruiting firm has proved to be one of the least effective in my entire career. In my case: – there were multiple recruiter hand-offs for the same client. – the “client” kept changing the interview schedules last minute (not a good sign). In addition, interviewers had contradictory understandings of the advertised role and added to a lot of confusion throughout the interview process. Moreover, most of the interviews went overtime and I got very little time to ask any questions. Finally, I got radio silence after going through the interview process. None of my followup questions/emails were answered and I did not get any feedback on how the interview went from the client perspective. I am not perfect and do not expect perfection. However, clear communication and feedback is critical when someone has invested multiple days of their life going through an interview process. It is not okay to drop the mic with 0 feedback.
