One of the BEST things we did in 2020 was to partner with HRD and Dorothy Sood to adopt and implement The Predictive Index across Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions. Along with PI, led by Dorothy’s expert insight, we learned about ourselves and each other. PI taught us how to collaborate with each other while celebrating our different strengths.
